1. What are digital images?
Digital images can be printed directly from your computer like any other document. You can use digital images like an image produced from a rubber stamp. Using a word processor or photo editing program, you can resize the image to be whatever size you need.
2. How long does it take to receive my images?
You will receive your images via email immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with the download please contact whimsiedoodles@eastlink.ca and we will replace the download links.
3. How many times can I print the images I download?
There is no limit!
4. How do I purchase these images? Is it secure?
Purchasing images from Whimsie Doodles is easy and secure. We use PayPal and therefore all transactions take place behind a digitally encrypted, secure server.
5. Can I sell cards I make with Whimsie Doodles images?
Yes! Whimsie Doodles is an angel company, meaning you are free to sell the cards you make with our images. There are only a few limitations - you may not redistribute Whimsie Doodles images, including sharing, copying, lending or reselling them. Whimsie Doodles images are for digital use only and are not to be made into physical rubber stamps or die-cuts.
6. My ink is smearing! What can I do?
It's easy to prevent your ink from smearing and use your favorite coloring techniques. To keep ink in place, you can heat seal the image with your heat gun or hair dryer!
7. Help! The images look enormous on my screen! What do I do?
This is because Whimsie Doodles images are sized for your printer, not your computer screen. A higher resolution ensures smooth, crisp print quality. They will look big on your computer screen, but will print out on paper at the correct size.
8. Can I use these images with my Mac?
Whimsie Doodles images are compatible with both PC and Mac.
